About our Glee Butta 

What exactly is body butter and how does it compare to cream and lotion?

Body butter only contains (natural) butter and oils. Creams and lotions contain water and lesser amounts of oils.

 

What ingredients are in Glee Butta?

 

Are the products safe to use on all skin types?

Our Glee Butta was formulated to be safe for all skin types. People with coconut and latex allergies should avoid Glee Butta. We recommend a patch test before full-body use. 

Please consult with your doctor if you have any concerns about Glee Butta ingredients.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, our Glee Butta is 100% vegan and cruelty-free.

 

Can I use Glee Butta on my face?

Glee Butta is safe for the face and lips! But use caution as coconut oil is comedogenic.

 

Storage Tips

How long does body butter last?

Up to 12 months. Please be aware that this product is natural-based, and contains no water or preservatives. And while being made of oils and butter means it doesn't need a preservative, introducing water into your product will significantly reduce your product’s shelf life. To avoid this, scoop out your butter with dry hands.

 

How should I store my body butter?

Store your products in a cool dry place. You should not expose the product to direct sunlight. Doing so can cause the product to melt.

 

My body butter melted is something wrong?

If your body butter is exposed to high temperatures, which can happen during shipping, the body butter may melt. If this happens, place the body butter in a cool dry place and it will solidify again. It may not have the creamy whipped consistency but it will still be soft and easy to use. If you're feeling adventurous, you can use a hand mixer to whip the body butter for consistency – though this is not necessary.

Shipping 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your payment is confirmed, we immediately start processing your order. Processing takes 1-3 business days. Shipping is USPS Priority Mail which takes 1-3 business days.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards for online orders. For in-person payment cash, Apple Pay, zelle, and tap-to-pay are acceptable payments.

 

How can I update or cancel my order?

Changes can no longer be made once your order has been processed and shipped.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only ship domestically in the USA.

 

What if my package is lost/stolen?

Gleeful Body ships priority only at this time. It is not up to Gleeful Body to dispute any lost/damaged/stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS for further instructions needed to file a claim. You will need your tracking number to submit a claim.

 

What is insulated shipping and why is it more expensive?

Insulated shipping is available for those ordering Glee Butta in the warmer months and want to ensure product quality during delivery. Insulated shipping is recommended but it's not required. If you choose regular shipping take your Glee Butta out of the sun/packaging, give it a good shake, and  place your GB into the fridge for 20-45 minutes until it is firm again.
